Appointments

Massages are by appointment only. To ensure that you are able to be seen, I encourage scheduling a series of appointments.

Payments

Payment in full is due at time of service. Packages must be paid in full at time of purchase. I accept cash, check, and debit/credit cards. If a check bounces, you will be charged $20 in addition to the outstanding payment due. Payment in full is required before any additional appointments will be scheduled.

Cancellations

I understand that things happen and that you may need to cancel an appointment. Please do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows another patient to be seen. Failing to do so will result in a Missed Appointment Fee of 50% of the appointment price, payable in full, UNLESS you are able to find someone else to take your spot. You may call 509-828-9541 to cancel and reschedule your appointment or to advise me that you have found a replacement for your time slot.

Late Policy

I request that you arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are running late, the remaining time will be used to its best advantage and you will be responsible for full payment. If you are 15 minutes late or more and I have not heard from you, you will be considered a "No Call/No Show."

No Call / No Shows

Please call to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen. You will be charged 100% of the appointment price for any no call/no shows.

Sickness

I understand that both patients and therapists can become ill due to infections. Therefore, I ask clients to cancel their appointments when they are feeling unwell, AND I will do the same. You may think that massage will help, but you are putting me at risk of becoming ill, as well as all the patients that come for their appointments after you. If you come in for your appointment ill, I will use my professional judgement to reschedule at a later time, at no charge to you, for when your body is re-cooperated from whatever illness you may have. The contagious illnesses listed below warrant the cancellation and rescheduling of appointments (this is not an exhaustive list.)                                                                   

Sickness Includes, but not limited to: Colds, Influenza, Fever, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Shingles, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps, Impetigo, Ringworm, Head Lice, Scabies, Conjunctivitis (Pink Eye,) Hepatitis A.

Sanitation & Hygiene

You are required to arrive to your appointment clean and in good hygiene. I reserve the right to refuse service if I determine you are not. Full payment will be required if this situation arises. You will notify me of any breaks in the skin and any contagious illnesses.

Professional Boundaries

I will not tolerate sexual misconduct. Should misconduct occur, I will end the massage session immediately. You will be required to pay the full rate of the scheduled appointment. Furthermore, offenders will be banned from receiving services and being on property, and may be reported to the authorities.
